Breakfast Sausage Low Cholesterol Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of oil
1/4 c of crumbs (bread)
1 pc of onion; minced
1 tsp of sage; ground
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1 lb of turkey meat; ground
Instructions:
Mix together ground meat, seasonings, herbs, onions and crumbs. Place in an air tight container and inside the fridge overnight. When ready to cook, pan fry about 3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
