Blender Breakfast Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c yogurt
or
1/2 c milk
A piece of banana or peach (ripe)
or
A piece of nectarine; peeled & cut-up
1 tsp of sugar, honey (or maple syrup)
1 Tbsp of bran(natural)
Instructions:
Place the banana, honey, bran and milk inside a blender and blitz to a smooth mixture. Pour smoothie into a drinking mug. Makes one serving.
